The Ugandan People Are Dying....

It's a country that has been ravaged by disease, poverty, and a genocide that rivals that of the Third Riech. The slaughter of millions of people by leaders gluttonous for power, untold numbers of deaths from malaria, HIV, and starvation, and an ongoing rebellion by the satanic Lord's Resistance Army have left literally millions of children without parents.

A cycle of poverty and hopeless despair continues as thousands die everyday. The burden is great. For generations it has been too easy to just look away...

A Bridge of Hope Between Our Peoples...

Bridges of Hope is helping to heal the land, one child at a time. Our international operators bring the children into their homes and raise them as our own. We provide funds for education, tuition, basic food and water, job/ career training, and, most importantly, a safe place to heal and experience God's love with sound Christian doctrine.

We need your help. They need your help. We have recently purchased land and hope to build a center so that we may carry our mission forward to others, but the list of needs is quite long. Our short-term goals include a facility for job training in order to help stop the cycle of poverty, larger sleeping/ showering quarters with a kitchen, a water well, and, eventually, a computer lab to teach valuable skills.

With the support of donors like you, our operators provide long-term, loving relationships and aide to individuals who truly need it in order to survive, and simultaneously seek to empower them to help themselves.

Africa Bridges of Hope is a fully self-supported non-profit organization (501c3 status pending), meaning we do not operate from grants or federal funds of any kind. We are able to operate on a low budget by the generosity of donors who provide sponsorship and/or one-time gifts. We are accepting donations of any kind, including (but not limited to):

"swag": items such as book bags full of pens, notebooks, paper, etc, or other items that can be "sold" in exchange for a one time donation,
computers, laptops, monitors, etc.,
shipping costs,
financial contributions,
